Mumble Media 4

This mumbling is about posters of mars today. Well how a poster wants to make someone go to mars. While I should not use the word mumble and mars in the same sentence.

MARS. POSTERS. NASA.

Three things that come together became what the design firm Invisible Creatures created. The reference article today here is from The Verge and the information about NASA commissioned for a calendar from Invisible Creatures.

Check the link here.

It was started by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as calendars 2016 for staff, engineers, scientist  and government officials. The images are free online but can be purchase for print on the design firm store. It was also made by people who had a family member worked for NASA in the past.

Ryan Clark and Don Clark employees of Invisible Creatures grandfather was an illustrator for NASA about 30 years working with them. That is one cool fact.

NASA has hired Invisible Creatures before and others like them in the past to create infographics, statistical information into a viewable screen. Of course they have a huge library along with the calendars on the NASA website.

Now for the indepth part of the posters.

Each image invoke distance of space, the length of the clouds, the wind trails of the ships and the amount of space iconography. We recognize that circles in space meant they are planets or stars. As to how we can approach them is by space ships.

The posters have flair to them to make them as if it is possible to travel to mars. They introduce the future of travel into space. The possibility one day I can book a round trip to saturn and back. There is a small part that might seem small but recognizing that there could be human civilization on other plants. Contemporary future with earth.

That is it for this mumble, if there is any cool graphics like the one by Invisible Creatures please leave a comment to this post.

Thanks for reading!
